The Friends of St Wilfrid’s Church invite you to help them maintain our beautiful Kibworth church.
The Friends of St Wilfrid’s Church Kibworth aims to maintain the church for future generations to enjoy. The church of St Wilfrid has been at the centre of the parishes of Kibworth Beauchamp and Kibworth Harcourt for over seven hundred years. For many Kibworth residents it has been associated with some of the most important occasions in their lives. St Wilfrid’s church is a beautiful, historic building at the heart of Kibworth. You do not have to be a regular churchgoer to appreciate its importance.
our mission
As an ancient building, it is subject to the ravages of time and requires constant maintenance which stretches resources. The Friends of St Wilfrid’s Church was established to raise money to preserve and maintain the fabric of the church and the charity has contributed some £90,000 since 1996 thanks to the generous support of friends past and present.
Fundraising
All funds raised will be used only for the maintenance of the church building.
